I forgot to add my preferred number to my booking, can I still claim the rental?
Yes. When your trip is over, you can add your rental online on our website. You can submit a claim by adding the relevant booking details after logging in to your account. You can add a rental up to six months after you have handed in the keys. If you are not able to add the rental, you can contact our customer service here and provide your booking number to post-register your points.
