I can’t retrieve my booking or loyalty account online. What can I do?

Booking confirmation didn't make its way to your e-mail address? No problem! Make sure to check your spam folder first because they sometimes end up there. If you still can't find your booking confirmation, or you've input the wrong e-mail address when making your booking, please contact our reservations team.
